Strainer Separator Maintenance Free

The Stream-Tex maintenance free strainer separator range of products in Australia and New Zealand is designed based on the technology used in the refining industry. It requires no backwash and is capable of flowing up to 250 m3/hr.

A typical application is in cooling towers and in the water treatment industry where solids, which accumulate, are washed off with the minimum amount of filtered water. The cyclone design provides automatic separation and high flow rates.

From experience in circular cooling tower water application, turbidity reduced significantly from 16 to 7 NTU and suspended solids content from 60 mg/l down to 3 mg/l after one week.
